Badee: the AI marketing app Dubai clinics were missing

Hania of H.H.A Advisory saw the same thing in clinic after clinic across Dubai — and brought it to Liju Abdul Karim with one request: build the app that fixes it.

What Hania found

Clinics pay agencies a lot. The posts just sit there.

  • Many clinics in Dubai pay advertising agencies a lot of money every month.
  • What they get is generic images and videos that could belong to any clinic.
  • The posts go up and lie dormant on social media.
  • No reports, no advice, no improvement from one month to the next.

The request

“Build an app that does what the agencies don’t.”

Hania, Strategy & Growth Partner at H.H.A Advisory, approached Liju Abdul Karim, MD of BRev Digital: onboard each clinic, give it a profile of its own brand, make on-brand images and videos with AI, publish to its social accounts with one approval — and learn from every result.

Onboarding

Every clinic starts with its own brand.

The Badee team sets each clinic up: its logo, brand fonts and colours, its guidelines and brand manual, its photos and videos — so nothing it makes looks like anyone else’s.

Images and video

On-brand visuals and Reels, made by AI.

AI writes the headline and composes the key visual from the clinic’s own photo, real logo, fonts and colours — then turns it into a Reel with the clinic’s clips, rendered in the cloud. Copy comes in English and Arabic.

Badee app: the Reel step for a demo clinic — the approved key visual becomes a Reel with the clinic’s own clips, and the clinic’s advertising licence is printed on the closing card
The Reel step: the closing card carries the clinic’s advertising licence number, as UAE health-advertising rules ask.

Built for UAE clinics

It knows the health-advertising rules.

The AI flags wording the UAE’s health-advertising rules do not allow, and a Reel cannot be approved until the clinic’s advertising licence number is on file.

One approval

Approve the week. Badee posts it.

Badee suggests a day and time for every post. The clinic approves a week at a time, and the posts go out to its connected Facebook and Instagram accounts. Nothing posts without that yes.

Badee app: a two-week posting calendar for a demo clinic with Instagram posts and a Reel, and an Approve week button
The posting calendar: nothing is posted until the clinic approves it (demo clinic).

What the agencies never sent

Results, read back into the next campaign.

Badee measures each post and every tap on the clinic’s booking link. The AI reads what worked — formats, posting times, headlines, bookings — into the next brief.

Badee app: a What worked before summary — engagement by format and posting time, the headlines people engaged with, and bookings from link taps
What worked before: the summary the AI reads when it plans the next campaign.

How it was built

From Hania’s feedback to a live post in a month.

September 2026: a feasibility review and a prototype, shaped by Hania’s answers to 39 questions. 9 October: the build starts, with Claude Code. 13 October: the first post goes live, and Reels go into the app. 18 October: Hania’s next round — brand guidelines, fonts, the UAE calendar of occasions.
