BRev Digital is an AI lab in Dubai that does this for small and mid-sized UAE businesses: we find the routine work, build agents for it, prove them on your own files, and run them in the cloud or on a server in your office.

How we do it
1. Study the day. We sit with the people who do the work and list what is routine: the retyping, the chasing, the summarising, the checking. 2. Pick the first agent. One job with a clear input and a clear output, where a wrong answer is cheap to catch. 3. Build it with a gate. The agent proposes; a person approves. Money, tax and scores are computed by plain code that cannot get a number wrong. 4. Prove it on your files. We run it on last month’s real documents and show you every step it took and why. 5. Run it where you choose. A frontier model in the cloud where judgement matters, or open models on your own hardware where privacy or cost does. Then the next agent.
The stack we build withAlready running
In BRev Audit an agent reads any trial balance and drafts the statements, notes and report for a licensed auditor to sign. In Badee it plans a clinic’s campaign and writes the posts in English and Arabic; nothing posts without the owner’s yes. In Hajz and BRev App agents write the morning brief, and in Construction one turns a foreman’s WhatsApp message into the day’s site report. In our own lab, agents run the IT, including a Microsoft Exchange server.

We do not resell a chatbot licence, and we do not hand over a roadmap and leave. We build the agents, run them, and stay until they are trusted. If a job should stay with a person, we say so. Some of the best outcomes of an AI study are the three things you decide not to automate.
