Construction: built with Dutronix, a contractor. AI reads the tender pack, the client’s LPO, the site instruction and the foreman’s WhatsApp message, and drafts the next step: the quote, the order, the day’s site report. BRev Audit: AI reads any trial balance, puts every account on its line and drafts the financial statements, notes and report for a licensed auditor to sign. Five months from the first brief to that. Badee: AI plans a clinic’s marketing and writes it in the brand’s voice, in English and Arabic. From the partner’s feedback to a live post in a month. Hajz: customers book themselves, in English or Arabic, on the web or in a WhatsApp chat, and the owner gets a brief every morning.

1. Sit with the work. We watch the job being done today and collect the real files: the spreadsheets, the PDFs, the messages. 2. A working first screen, early. You use a real version on your own data while it is being built, not a slide of what it will look like. 3. AI where reading is needed, plain code where the answer must be right. Money, tax, scores and dates are computed by code with tests; the AI reads and drafts around them. Nothing is sent, paid or posted without a person’s yes. 4. Every change passes a gate. A set of automated tests runs before anything reaches you, so a fix in one place does not break another. 5. Live, then looked after. Hosted in the cloud or on a server in your office, with your data separated from every other company’s at the database level.
What it is built on
Our apps run on Next.js and PostgreSQL (through Supabase), with row-level security so each company sees only its own records. They work in a browser on a desktop or a phone, in English and Arabic. One codebase can serve several firms, each on its own database. That is how a single build of our audit software runs for different audit firms without their data ever meeting. For the AI we choose the model per job: a frontier model in the cloud where judgement matters, open models on your own hardware where privacy or cost does.
