BRev ICV
AI gathers the evidence for an In-Country Value score — payroll, suppliers, invoices — and computes it the way the Ministry’s own template does. The certificate is issued by a certifying body.
The evidence

Tax invoices, bank statements, delivery notes and suppliers’ ICV certificates — AI reads each one, and code cross-checks it against the line it supports — every conclusion a finding the auditor accepts or overrides.
Suppliers
Every supplier, matched.
Suppliers are matched to the Ministry’s registry. One the registry does not know, AI can look up on the web — a suggestion the auditor accepts, or not.
Beside the AI
Payroll, read three ways.
Beside the AI, the arithmetic is plain code: the salary files, the payroll register and the trial balance are reconciled, and salary counts at the lowest of the three.
