The tender
A tender pack in, a checklist out.
AI reads the RFQ or the tender documents into a draft tender and the submission checklist, each commercial term with the words it came from; fixed rules decide which terms are risks.
The award
A project from the client’s LPO.
AI reads the LPO — the client, the value, retention, the dates and the BOQ — and sets up the project, while code checks that the money adds up.
Variations
Variations found, not forgotten.
AI reads a site instruction, an email or a revised drawing against the BOQ and drafts the variation order — priced only from the BOQ’s own rates.
From site
The day’s report, in any language.
A foreman’s WhatsApp message, a voice note or a photo of the daily sheet — AI turns it into the site report, the attendance and the materials used, applied only when the user says so.
Getting paid
Claims from the evidence.
AI proposes each BOQ line’s percentage complete from site photos and reports; the quantity surveyor applies it, and a retention ledger and early budget warnings keep the money honest.
