How to add it to Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird & GmailShow
Outlook (Windows): File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → click in the edit box and paste (Ctrl+V).
Outlook (new / web): Settings ⚙ → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature → paste.
Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures → “+”, then paste. Untick “Always match my default message font”.
Thunderbird: Account Settings → your account → tick “Use HTML” and paste, or “Attach the signature from a file” using the downloaded .html.
Gmail: Settings ⚙ → See all settings → General → Signature → paste. (Gmail keeps it simple — hosted images only.)
Use Copy signature (not Copy HTML) for the paste steps above — it copies the formatted signature, not the code.
