Choose imagesChoose or drop JPG, PNG or WebP images and each one becomes a page of a single PDF, built in your browser with pdf-lib — the images are read from your own disk and nothing is uploaded. Pages follow the numbered badges on the cards: move any page earlier or later with its ↑ and ↓ buttons, remove it with ✕, and add more at any time. Page size is either Fit to image, where every page takes its image's exact pixel dimensions with no border, or A4 or Letter, where the image is scaled to fit inside the margin, keeps its proportions and is centred. With A4 or Letter you also choose Portrait, Landscape or Auto, which turns each page to match its own image, and a margin of None, Small (24 pt, about 8.5 mm) or Medium (48 pt, about 17 mm). Every image is re-encoded as JPEG at the quality you pick, so transparent areas of a PNG come out white. Name the file, then download it.

How to use image to pdf
- Choose imagesDrop JPG, PNG or WebP files onto the tool, or press “Choose images” and select several at once. Each image becomes one page.
- Reorder with ↑ and ↓The numbered badge on each card is its position in the PDF. Use ↑ and ↓ to move a page, ✕ to remove it, and “Add more” or “Add images” to append files.
- Page sizeUnder “Document”, choose Fit to image, A4 or Letter. For A4 and Letter, also set Orientation (Auto, Portrait, Landscape) and Margin (None, Small, Medium) — both are greyed out for Fit to image.
- Image qualityPick High, Balanced (the default) or Small. A lower setting compresses the JPEG harder and makes a smaller PDF; the pixel dimensions do not change.
- Download PDFType a name in “Save as” (.pdf is added for you) and press “Download PDF”. A progress bar counts through the images while the file is built.
FAQ
Are my images uploaded?
No. Each image is decoded, re-encoded and placed into the PDF inside your browser tab, using a canvas and the pdf-lib library, and the finished file goes straight to your downloads. The pdf-lib code is fetched the first time you build a PDF; your images are not sent anywhere. Upload-based converters do this work on their own server.
Which page size should I choose?
Fit to image makes each page exactly the size of its image with no margin, which suits on-screen reading — but one pixel becomes one point, so a 3000×4000 photo makes a page about 106×141 cm. For anything that will be printed or attached to a form, choose A4 or Letter: the image is scaled to fit inside the margin without distortion and centred on the page.
Will the images lose quality in the PDF?
Every image is re-encoded as JPEG at its original pixel size: High uses quality 0.95, Balanced 0.85 and Small 0.7. Nothing is downscaled, but JPEG is lossy, so a screenshot with fine text keeps more detail at High. On A4 or Letter a small image is enlarged to fill the page area, so a low-resolution picture will look soft when printed.
What happens to a transparent PNG background?
It becomes white. JPEG has no transparency, so each image is drawn onto a white canvas before it is encoded. If you need a different background colour, add it to the image before you make the PDF.
How many images can I combine?
The tool sets no count or size cap and does not warn before a large job. Images are processed one at a time, but the whole PDF is held in memory until it is saved, so the ceiling is your device's memory — a desktop handles far more full-resolution phone photos than a phone does. If a big batch struggles, pick Small quality or resize the photos first.
How does Auto orientation work?
With A4 or Letter selected, Auto makes a page landscape when its image is wider than it is tall, and portrait otherwise, so one PDF can mix both. Portrait or Landscape forces every page one way and scales each image to fit. Orientation does not apply to Fit to image, where each page already matches its image.
Can I drag pages into a different order?
Pages move with the ↑ and ↓ buttons on each card; there is no drag-to-reorder. New images are always added after the ones already listed, and you can drop more files anywhere on the tool to append them.
